Service runs from 5:20 AM to 12 AM on weekdays and from 6 AM to 12 AM on weekends. Service is interlined with route 124.

Westbound trips depart 4th Avenue S and S Royal Brougham Way coming off of route 124 north on 4th Avenue S, west on Prefontaine Pl S, west on Yesler Way, north on 3rd Avenue, west on Denny Way, west on Western Avenue, west on Elliott Avenue W, north on Thorndyke Avenue W, west on W Hayes Street, north on 28th Avenue W, west on W Tilden Street, north on 30th Avenue W, north on 31st Avenue W, west on W Government Way, south on 34th Avenue W, west on Viewmont Way W and west on W Emerson Street to Magnolia Blvd W.

Eastbound trips depart W Emerson Street & Magnolia Blvd W south on Magnolia Blvd W, east on W Ruffner Street, east on W Viewmont Way, north on 35th Avenue W, east on W McGraw Street, north on 34th Avenue W, east on W Government Way, east on W Jameson Street, south on 31st Avenue W, south on 30th Avenue W, east on W Tilden Street, south on 28th Avenue W, east on W Galer Street, east on Western Avenue, east on Denny Way, and south on 3rd Avenue, continuing south as route 124.

Four weekday eastbound morning trips do not continue as route 124. Late evening trips terminate at Central Magnolia (34th Avenue W & W McGraw Street) instead of West Magnolia.
