This east-west route runs between Downtown Issaquah and the University District via Issaquah Transit Center, Eastgate Park & Ride and Bellevue Transit Center. Weekday service runs from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM, Saturday service runs from 6:45 AM to 10:30 PM and Sunday service runs from 7:45 AM to 10:30 PM^[1].

Eastbound trips depart 15th Avenue NE & NE 43rd Street south on 15th Avenue NE, east on NE Pacific Street, south on Montlake Blvd NE, east on SR-520, south on 84th Avenue NE, east on NE 12th Street, east on Lake Washinton Blvd NE, east on NE 1st Street, east on NE 8th Street and south on 108th Avenue NE to Bellevue Transit Center. The route then heads east on NE 6th Street, south on 112th Avenue NE, east on NE 4th Street, south on 116th Avenue SE, east on Lake Hills Connector, south on 140th Avenue SE, south on 145th Pl SE, west on SE 24th Street, south on Kelsey Creek Road, east on Tyee River Road, south on SE Perimeter Road, east on Landerholm Cir SE, south on 148th Avenue SE and west on SE Eastgate Way to Eastgate Park & Ride, where many weekday trips terminate. Continuing trips head east on SE Eastgate Way, west on SE 37th Street, south on 150th Avenue SE, east on SE Newport Way, north on Lakemont Blvd SE, east on W Lake Sammamish Parkway SE becoming NW Sammamish Road and south on 17th Avenue NW to Issauqah Transit Center, where most weekday Issaquah trips terminate. Continuing trips head east on NW Maple Street, east on Maple Street NW, south on NW Gilman Blvd, south on Front Street N and west on Newport Way SW to W Sunset Way.

Westbound trips that start in Downtown Issaquah depart Newport Way SW & W Sunset Way east on W Sunset Way, north on Front Street N, west on NW Gilman Blvd, west on Maple Street NW and west on Newport Way NW to Issaquah Transit Center. Then, Issaquah Transit Center trips (most weekday Issaquah Trips) join the route, and trips head north on 17th Avenue NW, weest on NW Sammamish Road becoming W Lake Sammamish Parkway SE, south on Lakemont Blvd SE, west on SE Newport Way, north on 150th Avenue SE, east on SE 37th Street and west on SE Eastgate Way to Eastgate Park & Ride. Then, all trips (including Eastgate Park & Ride weekday trips) depart the park & ride east on SE Eastgate Way, north on 148th Avenue SE, west on Landerholm Cir SE, north on SE Perimeter Road, west on Tyee River Road, north on Kelsey Creek Road, east on SE 24th Street, north on 145th Pl SE, north on 140th Avenue SE, west on Lake Hills Connector, north on 116th Avenue SE, west on NE 4th Street, north on 112th Avenue NE and west on NE 6th Street to Bellevue Transit Center. During the weekday morning peak period, eastbound Eastgate trips (those not continuing east to Issaquah), continue east past Eastgate Park & Ride and terminate at SE 37th Street & I-90 on-ramp.

Weekend service in the Eastgate area does not serve the Bellevue College campus, instead operating on SE 24th Street and 148th Avenue SE. South of Eastgate Park & Ride, trips do not serve SE Eastgate Way and SE 37th Street, instead turning south on 150th Avenue SE.

Select weekday early morning and late evening trips do not serve Bellevue College, instead using the weekend routing to bypass the campus.

Approximately half of all weekday off-peak trips, and most weekday peak trips operate only between the University District and Eastgate Park & Ride. All weekend trips operate to Issaquah.

Weekday Issaquah trips before 6 PM do not operate east of Issaquah Transit Center. However, all weekday evening weekend Issaquah trips serve Downtown Issaquah.

The first westbound trip on weekday starts at Bellevue Transit Center.
