Kingston Transit 1504, 1506, 1509-1510
Kingston Transit 1504, 1506, 1509-1510 are Nova Bus LFS buses built and delivered in early 2016. These buses were purchased through the Metrolinx Transit Procurement Initiative for the Kingston Express service.
The buses feature a full roofline similar to more recent LFX buses. Similar to 1502, these units have the 4th generation rear, 1/3 2/3 front doors, and sensor-operated rear doors. Unlike 1502, these units feature transparent roof hatches and rear windows, and are painted in the 'Kingston Express' scheme. These units were numbered around the Orion VIs (9803, 9805, 9807 and 9808) that were still in Kingston upon delivery.
These buses feature the same interior as 1502, however being express buses, these buses have high-backed, padded seats.
These buses are normally found on express routes 501/502, 601/602, and 701/702. They may sometimes be used on normal Kingston Transit routes.
