Kingston Transit route 12A was a route operated by Kingston Transit in the city of Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

It operates during the morning and evening rush hours form Monday to Friday.

The route starts at Belle Park, the location of a park-and-ride and then head downtown along the same route as Route 1. From downtown it proceeds to CFB Kingston along the same route as Route 12.

When created this route had been Route 1A and operated only between Belle Park and Downtown. However on June 4, 2007 it was extended to CFB Kingston and renumbered Route 12A.

Normally this route is operated by a Cutaway bus although other buses can be seen covering the route when one of the Cutaway's is not available.
