94 Agate Point is a bus route operated by Kitsap Transit in Kitsap County, Washington State.

Route Details

This north-south bus route runs between Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal and Agate Point. Service runs during weekday peak hours only, with three southbound trips in the morning and five northbound trips in the afternoon[1]. Most stops along route 94 do not have marked signs, and riders must flag the bus down to be picked up.

Northbound trips depart Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal north on SR305, east on High School Road, north on Ferncliff Avenue NE, west on NE Yaquina Avenue, north on Moran Road NE, north on N Madison Avenue NE, east on NE Valley Road, south on Manitou Beach Drive NE, north on N Madison Avenue NE, west on NE Day Road, north on SR305, north on Agatewood Road NE, east on NE Dolphin Drive, north on Agate Point Road NE, west on North Road, south on Agate Pass Road NE and west on NE Dolphin Drive to Agatewood Road NE. From there, on all trips except for the last trip, the bus continues south on Agatewood Road NE and south on SR305 to Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal.

Southbound Trips depart NE Dolphin Drive & Agate Point Road NE north on Agate Point Road NE, west on North Road, south on Agate Pass Road NE, west on NE Dolphin Drive, south on Agatewood Road NE, south on SR305, east on NE Day Road, south on N Madison Avenue NE, east on NE Valley Road, south on Manitou Beach Drive NE, south on N Madison Avenue NE, south on Moran Road NE, east on NE Yaquina Avenue, south on Ferncliff Avenue NE, west on High School Road and south on SR305 to Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal. Then, with the exception of the last trip of the day, the bus returns to Agate Point via SR305.

The last northbound trip departs as a "ferry take home" trip, which departs after the ferry arrives and passengers have loaded. Buses will drop passengers only along the route(s) indicated, at the bus stop nearest their home. There are some exceptions where routes overlap or there are no bus stops. Buses may deviate from the normal route to speed delivery of a passenger to a marked stop. Ferry-Take-Home buses do not make pickups after departing the Bainbridge Ferry.

Trips in both directions do not make stops along SR305.
