London Transit Commission 591-610 are 2022 New Flyer XD40 buses.
On November 24, 2021, the London Transit Commission approved the early purchase of 15 40' buses and two 60' buses for replacement purposes in 2022, at a total cost of $10,913,909.[1] These buses were initially anticipated to arrive between June and August 2022. Four units of the order replaced 15-18.[2]
An additional 5 buses were approved for expansion purposes on March 30, 2022, as a part of the 2022 Service Plan.[3]
