Before 6 PM from Natural Science, southbound buses operated west on Elgin Drive, south on Western Road, south on Platt's Lane, south on Woodward Avenue, and east on Riverside Drive to Wharncliffe Road. After 6 PM, southbound buses operated west on Elgin Drive, south on Oxford Drive, and west on Lambton Drive to reach Western Road.

From Wharncliffe Road and Riverside Drive, northbound buses operated north on Wharncliffe Road, north on Western Road, east on Lambton Road, and northwest and west on Middlesex Drive to Natural Science.
