From Jalna Boulevard and White Oaks Mall, northbound buses operated south, west and north on Jalna Boulevard, north on Dundalk Drive, west on Ferndale Avenue, north and west on Highview Avenue, north on Wharncliffe Road, east on Horton Street, north on Wellington Street, and west on Queens Avenue, and south on Richmond Street to Carling Street.

From Richmond Street and Carling Street, southbound buses operated south on Richmond Street, west on Horton Street, south on Wharncliffe Road, east and south on Highview Avenue, east on Ferndale Avenue, south on Dundalk Drive, south on Jalna Boulevard, east on Bradley Avenue, and south on Jalna Boulevard to White Oaks Mall.

• September 4, 2016 - Use of route names discontinued; now referred to as route 26.
• September 1, 2019 - Route discontinued. Service along Wharncliffe Road, and in the Highland and White Oaks neighbourhoods now provided by route 93. Route 4 continues to provide direct service between the White Oaks neighbourhood and Downtown London.
