From Alumni Hall, eastbound buses operated east and north on Lambton Drive, north on Perth Drive, east on Windermere Road, northeast and southeast on Doon Drive, east on Windermere Road, south on Adelaide Street, east on Kipps Lane, south on Briarhill Avenue, east on Melsandra Avenue, north on McNay Street, east on Fuller Street, and south on Highbury Avenue to Huron Street.

From Huron Street & Highbury Avenue, westbound buses operated west on Huron Street, north on Adelaide Street, then followed reverse routing to Alumni Hall. Trips were interlined with route 31 at Alumni Hall.
