London Transit Commission routes

As of February 2025, the London Transit Commission operates 43 transit routes in total, providing service across London, Ontario, Canada.

Routes were previously referred to using route names; such practice was discontinued in September 2016. Routes currently are variably referred to using their route numbers, or by using their two terminus points, which is predominately done on route schedules.

Conventional

The LTC currently operates 28 conventional routes.

Route 1 Provides service between Kipps Lane and Pond Mills Road.

Route 2 Provides service between Western University and Argyle Mall.
  • Previously known as 2 Dundas.
  • Branch 2A operates via Trafalgar Road.
  • Branch 2B operates via Bonaventure Drive.
  • Express service provided by route 94.
Route 3 Provides service between Argyle Mall and Downtown London.
  • Previously known as 3 Hamilton Road.
  • Most trips interlined with route 5 at Argyle Mall.
Route 4 Provides service between Fanshawe College and White Oaks Mall.
  • Previously known as 4 Oxford East.
  • Branch 4A operates in a counter-clockwise loop in the White Oaks neighbourhood.
  • Branch 4B operates in a clockwise loop in the White Oaks neighbourhood.
Route 5 Provides service between Argyle Mall and Byron.
  • Previously known as 5 Springbank.
  • Most trips interlined with route 3 at Argyle Mall.
  • Branch 5A operates via Springbank Drive.
  • Branch 5B operates via Beckshire Drive and Gardenwood Drive.
Route 6 Provides service between University Hospital and Parkwood Institute.
  • Previously known as 6 Richmond.
Route 7 Provides service between Westmount Mall and Argyle Mall.
  • Previously known as 7 Wavell.
Route 9 Provides service between Whitehills and Downtown London.
  • Previously known as 9 Whitehills.
Route 10 Provides service between Natural Science and Huron Street & Barker Street.
  • Previously known as 10 Wonderland.
  • Limited service to Masonville Place.
  • Express service along Highbury Avenue provided by route 95.
  • Route merged with former route 14 in September 2019.
Route 12 Provides service between Wharncliffe Road & Wonderland Road and Downtown London.
  • Previously known as 12 Wharncliffe.
  • Express service provided by route 93.
Route 13 Provides service between Masonville Place and White Oaks Mall.
  • Previously known as 13 Wellington.
  • Branch 13A provides service in the Westminster Park neighbourhood.
  • Limited service to Exeter Road.

Route 15 Provides service between Huron Heights and Westmount Mall.

Route 24 Provides service between Talbot and Summerside.

Route 25 Provides service between Fanshawe College and Masonville Place.

Route 27 Provides service between Fanshawe College and Capulet Lane.
  • Previously known as 27 Fanshawe College.

Route 28 Provides service between White Oaks Mall and Lambeth.
  • Previously known as 28 Lambeth.
  • Operates during peak periods only.
Route 30 Provides service between White Oaks Mall and Cheese Factory Road.
  • Previously known as 30 Newbold.
  • Operates during peak periods only.
Route 31 Provides service between Alumni Hall and Hyde Park Power Centre.
  • Previously known as 31 Orchard Park.
Route 33 Provides service between Alumni Hall and Proudfoot Lane.
  • Previously known as 33 Proudfoot.
  • Operates on weekdays only.
Route 34 Provides service between Masonville Place and Western University.
  • Previously known as 34 Medway.
  • Route merged with former routes 32 and 40 in September 2019.
Route 35 Provides service between Argyle Mall and Trafalgar Heights.
  • Previously known as 35 Argyle.
Route 36 Provides service between Fanshawe College and London Airport.
  • Previously known as 36 Airport Industrial.
  • Operates on weekdays only.
  • Branch 36A operates via Oxford Street and Page Street.
  • Branch 36B operates via Robins Hill Road.
Route 37 Provides service between Argyle Mall and Neptune Crescent.
  • Previously known as 37 Sovereign Road.
  • Operates during peak periods only.
Route 38 Provides service between Argyle Mall and Innovation Park.
  • Operates during peak periods only.

Community Bus

Six community bus routes are operated, meant to provide service to seniors and persons with mobility challenges. Each route operates on a singular day of the week only.

Routes 51 to 54 all provide service to residences along Cherryhill Place, Cherryhill Circle, Cherryhill Boulevard (Cherryhill Loop); Sugarcreek Trail, Proudfoot Lane (Proudfoot Loop); Proudfood Lane, Beaverbrook Avenue, Wonderland Road (Wonderland Loop).

Route 55 serves the Cherryhill Loop and 85 Walnut Street only.

Route 56 serves residences in the Southcrest and Westmount neighbourhoods.

Route 54 Provides service to Farm Boy, Sobeys, and Costco near Wonderland Road.
  • Known as 54 Thursday Community Bus
  • Operates on Thursdays only.
Route 55 Provides service to Cherryhill Village Mall and Masonville Place.
  • Known as 55 Friday Community Bus
  • Operates on Fridays only.
Route 56 Provides service to Commissioners Court Food Basics, Montgomery Place Giant Tiger, and White Oaks Mall.
  • Known as 56 Wednesday Community Bus
  • Operates on Wednesdays only.

Express

Five express routes are operated, primarily providing limited-stop service. Along express portions of these routes, courtesy stops are not accommodated.

  • Provides limited-stop service along Adelaide Street.
  • Operates during peak periods only.
  • Local service provided by route 16.
Route 93 Provides service between White Oaks Mall and Masonville Place.
  • Provides limited-stop service along Western Road and Wharncliffe Road.
  • Provides local service south of Commissioners Road.
  • Local service north of Commissioners Road provided by routes 2 and 12.
Route 94 Provides service between Argyle Mall and Western University.
  • Provides limited-stop service along Dundas Street.
  • Local service provided by route 2.
Route 95 Provides service between White Oaks Mall and Fanshawe College.
  • Provides limited-stop service along Bradley Avenue and Highbury Road.
  • Operates during peak periods only.
  • Local service provided by route 10.

University/College

The LTC operates 3 routes which provide extra service for Western University and Fanshawe College, supplementing service on other routes. These routes operate during fall and winter semesters only, with limited service during reading week and exams. No service is provided during winter break and summer months, and on holidays.

Route 104 Provides service between Fanshawe College and Ridout Street & Grand Avenue.
Route 106 Provides service between Western University and Downtown London.
  • Operates as a counter-clockwise loop.
  • Replaced service on route 6C.

The LTC has operated several routes which are now discontinued.
