The MCV Bus and Coach Evolution (stylized eVolution) is a type of bodywork for midibus and fullsized bus chassis. It was launched in 2004 as a midibus body in the United Kingdom and was later available on full-sized bus chassis.

The Evolution's midibus chassis options are the Alexander Dennis Enviro200Dart (successor to the previously available Alexander Dennis Dart SLF), MAN 12.220 HOCL-NL, MAN 12.240 HOCL-NL, and VDL Bus & Coach SB180. The VDL SB180 chassis option debuted at Coach & Bus Live 2009 for Arriva London.[1]

The full-sized chassis options are the Mercedes-Benz O500 U, Mercedes-Benz OC500 LE, MAN A22, and Volvo Buses B7RLE. Kowloon Motor Bus was the first to order the Eviolution on the Volvo chassis in 2010.[2] Singapore Mass Rapid Transit would be the first to specify the MAN chassis shortly after.

The Evolution has a slightly curved, squared-off roof with a low cut windscreen. The original design had flared headlight housings dipping downwards towards the centre. In late spring 2010, a restyled version of the Evolution was unveiled. It had a downward curving front fascia with the headlights housed in bezels that tapered to the side and slightly up. The turn signals were mounted above.
