NU Express

NU Express is a student shuttle service operating for Niagara University students for transportation between the university and the Niagara Falls, New York area.

The service is operated by the Office of Campus Activities.

Routes

Routes operate during academic school year only, with exception of holidays and class breaks.[1]

  • Wednesday Shuttle - 5:00pm-9:00pm: Gallagher Center, Aldi, Fashion Outlets, Walmart, Target-Tops Plaza
    -Four total circuits, once hourly
  • Friday Shuttle - 4:00pm-8:00pm: Gallagher Center, Fashion Outlets, Walmart, Wegmans, Target-Tops Plaza
    -Four total circuits, once hourly
  • Saturday Shuttle - 2:00pm-6:00pm: Gallagher Center, Fashion Outlets, Walmart, Wegmans, Target-Tops Plaza
    -Four total circuits, once hourly

Additional services to Niagara University campus

The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA-Metro) operates two conventional bus routes serving Niagara University. Passengers are required to pay $2.00/ride, as no ride agreement is made between the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority and the university.

Service by NFTA-Metro services much of the same shopping areas, however, buses operate through the Portage Road Transit Center using a longer route.

  • 50 Main-Niagara (daily)
  • 52 Hyde Park (Monday through Saturday)
