New Jersey Transit Hamilton Township Garage

Hamilton Township is one of the New Jersey Transit's 18 depots. It mainly handles routes in the Hamilton and Trenton areas. It was built next to the NJT's Hamilton Train Station and replaces the old Mercer Metro Garage on East State Street in Trenton in 1998.

Neptune is the garage for the Monmouth County routes. In October 2023, Hamilton Township began to operate the Monmouth County routes after the contract with Transdev expired, using the Transdev lot to store its buses.
