From Morrison/Dorchester Hub, buses operate east on Morrison Street, south on Drummond Road, north on Culp Street, and north on Main Street to Main/Ferry Hub. Buses in the opposite direction follow the reverse routing.
Buses interline with route 104 at Main/Ferry Hub.
On evenings and weekends, route 110 is largely replaced by route 210 .
