Route 204 connects Downtown, the Bus Terminal and GO/VIA Station, Clifton Hill, and Main/Ferry Hub. It follows an identical routing to its daytime counterpart, route 104.
From Main/Ferry Hub, buses operate south on Main Street, east on Peer Street, north on Sylvia Place, east on Ferry Street, northeast and north on Victoria Street, east on Huron Street, north on Ontario Ave, east on Queen Street, north on River Road, west on Bridge Street, and south on Erie Avenue. From the Bus Terminal, buses operate south on Erie Avenue, west on Queen Street, southwest on Valley Way, south and southwest on Victoria Avenue, west on Ferry Street, south on Sylvia Place, west on Peer Street, and north on Main Street to Main/Ferry Hub.
