From Welland Terminal, buses operate west on Main Street, north on Niagara Street, west on Thorold Road, north on First Avenue, loop through Niagara College Welland Campus, north on First Avenue, east on Quaker Road, north on Niagara Street, east on Merritt Road, north on Highway 406, east on Highway 58, east on Thorold Stone Road, and north on Taylor Road to Niagara College Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus. Buses in the opposite direction follow the reverse routing to Welland Campus, then operate south on First Avenue, east on Woodlawn Road, south on River Road, and west on Dorothy Street to Welland Terminal.
