Ohio Valley Regional Transit Authority

The Ohio Valley Regional Transit Authority is the public transit provider for the city of Wheeling, West Virginia. They are closely associated with the Eastern Ohio Regional Transit Authority, which operates transit service connecting Wheeling with towns in Ohio, across the Ohio River.
