Toronto-based Picture Vehicle Specialties (formerly Rescue Logistics) offers vehicles rentals, fabrication, stunt preparation, and logistics to the film and television industry. The company was founded by Peter Cullingford Jr., the son of Cullingford Coaches founder, Peter Cullingford Sr.

Picture Vehicle Specialties' vehicles have appeared in many films and television series that include the films Traitor (2007, Jesus Henry Christ (2011), Pixels (2015), and Pay the Ghost (2015), as well as the television series Flashpoint (2008), Cra$h & Burn (2009), The Bridge (2010), Rookie Blue (2010), Sensitive Skin (2016), and What We Do in the Shadows (2019).
