- Ceased operations of Sherbrooke City Transit Company on December 31, 1951.
- Acquires the permits of Victory Bus Lines in 1956.
- Bought Cie de Transport de l'Abitibi in October 1961 (Abitibi Provincial).
- On January 1, 1964, the company was renamed into two companies:
- Voyageur Provincial (Intercity/Long Distance routes)
- Métropolitain Provincial (Montreal suburb routes)
