Réseau de transport de la Capitale 1651-1673 are Nova Bus LFS Artic HEV buses built and delivered in 2016. The RTC is the second operator of the LFS Artic HEV with the BAE HybriDrive HDS300 powertrain as well as the second operator of such bus in Canada, after the STO. The bus features frameless windows as well as electric doors with frameless windows themselves; the middle and rear doors feature a green button to open the door instead of push bars.
Unusually for RTC bus deliveries, the middle units of this batch were delivered first; 1664, 5, 6, and 7 were delivered first and were the first to enter service on August 20, 2016.
