Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada 800-829
Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada 800-829 were 2004 New Flyer D60LF buses built in 2004-2005 and delivered to Citizens Area Transit in 2005. These vehicles had a lot of new features including the new dashboard, GFI Genfare Odyssey farebox & 4ONE Mariella seating, etc.
They joined the Citizens Area Transit fleet in 2005 and were based at Tomkins division and assigned to 301 Las Vegas Strip service as the majority of the fleet on this route. They were re-assigned to 201 (Tropicana) and 202 (Flamingo) after 301 became The Deuce double decker service. In 2007-2008, when route 202 (Flamingo) became a full double decker operation, some of them were re-assigned to route 109 (Maryland Parkway).
These vehicles were allocated to the Sunset division, and most of them usually appeared on routes 109 (Maryland Parkway), 113 (North Las Vegas Boulevard) and 201 (Tropicana). Sometimes, they appeared on routes 101 (Rainbow) and 219 (Craig).
The last active buses were retired in 2019.
