Saskatoon Transit provides public transportation to the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Notes
- Annual ridership is about 12 million people.
- In April 2014, most buses started having ITS (Integrated Transit System) signs installed. These systems have since been upgraded to the TransitMaster program, a more intelligent automated stop program. This upgrade occurred in December 2018.
- Saskatoon Transit uses PIM (Payment In Motion) fareboxes on their buses and switched from using BEA fareboxes on their buses in October 2022. They previously used mechanical Diamond fare boxes until upgrading to electronic BEA fareboxes in February 2010.
- The fleet was made 100% accessible in March, 2019 with the retirement of 101-120.
The employees are represented by Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 615.
