This agency is not to be confused with previous Seneca County carrier Seneca Transit Service, now RTS-Seneca.

Seneca Transit System is a small public transport carrier, with services focused on the Seneca Nation in Erie, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties in New York.

A single two-way transit line operates up to six times weekdays and Saturdays between Seneca Bingo in Irving and Steamburg, NY. Intermediate stops also serve Seneca One Stop, the Seneca Nation Cattaraugus complex, Gowanda, Cattaraugus, the Cattaraugus County Building, West Salamanca, Jimersontown, Steamburg Community Center and the Turtle Pit Café.

First Transit coordinates the service for the Seneca Nation of Indians Community Planning and Development Department, Division of Transportation.

Cooperative agencies

Seneca Transit System has cooperative agreements between schedules of Access Allegany, Chautauqua CARTS, NFTA Metro, Fullington Trailways, and Coach USA-ShortLine.
