Société de transport de Montréal 18-001 to 18-096 were Nova Bus LFS buses built and delivered to the Société de transport de la communauté urbaine de Montréal in 1998.
The fleet of these early model Nova LFS have been problematic for the STM. Some buses were retired due to reliability issues and other problems, and some have been retired due to fires. With the arrival of the new 2009-2010 Nova LFS, more of the 16-001 to 16-180 buses have been retired. In 2009, Nova announced they will be buying the remainder of the buses that will be retired. Some that have already been purchased went the Prevost facility in British Columbia and were used for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Buses 18-012, 18-018, 18-088, and 18-094 were spotted as of January 2010. Other buses were sold to CITs and other transit agencies in Canada.
