Station Details

Located near 1st Avenue NE and NE 103rd Street in Seattle, Northgate Station provides access to nearby residential areas, as well as Northgate Mall and other commercial destinations. The station serves as a hub for local King County Metro bus routes, as well as for suburban bus services operated by Sound Transit, King County Metro and Community Transit. Prior to the station opening in 2021, these suburban services terminated in Downtown Seattle or at the University of Washington.

With the construction of the station, a new pedestrian and cyclist overpass crossing the I-5 freeway opened as well, providing access to areas west of the freeway.

Bus Routes

Bus services are located in the loop underneath the station, as well as in bays along 1st Avenue NE by the station exit. The former Nortghate Transit Center, located adjacent to the bus loop, is used for bus layovers in between trips. A bay on 100th Avenue NE is also used for layovers.
