Sound Transit Tacoma Link 1001-1003 are Skoda light rail vehicles built in 2001. They are used on the Tacoma Link light rail route in Tacoma, Washington.
The vehicles are 66 feet long, 8 feet wide and feature double articulation joints. Maximum capacity of a train is 157 passengers[1]. The units were purchased as part of an order by City of Portland in Portland for their streetcar system[2]. The three units with spare parts, taxes and freight totalled $9 million USD[2].
