  • September 2005 - Route introduced as variation of route 555[2]
  • September 2008 - University District routing modified to run along 15th Avenue NE for common U-District stops[2]
  • June 2009 - Route modified to operate via Eastgate Freeway Station[2]
  • October 2021 - Northgate Link Light Rail Extension: Route shortened to end at U District Station.
