Spartan Motor Chassis, a division of The Shyft Group (formerly Spartan Motors, Inc.), is a manufacturer of RV chassis, which previously produced chassis for the school and transit bus markets. Spartan Motor Chassis is headquartered in Charlotte, Michigan.
Spartan Motor Chassis was the former and last owner of the Carpenter Body Company, purchasing it in 1998.
