Niagara Region Transit 2040-2043 are Nova Bus LFS buses built in 2020.

They were purchased by St. Catharines Transit primarily for service on regional routes. Ownership was transferred to Niagara Region Transit effective January 1, 2023, after which they began to be used on all St. Catharines routes.
