Niagara Region Transit 2140 is a 2021 Nova Bus LFS Artic bus. It was delivered in August 2021.

It was purchased by St. Catharines Transit primarily for service on regional routes. Ownership was transferred to Niagara Region Transit effective January 1, 2023, after which it began to be used on all St. Catharines routes.

It is typically assigned to routes 70/75, 321, 323, 324, 331, 332, and 336.
