Sullivan Buses

Sullivan Buses is a bus operator under contract to London Buses in London, England. They operate buses in Hertfordshire and Surrey as well.

History

Sullivan Buses was founded in 1998 by its owner Dean Sullivan, a previous manager for London Underground. Dean Sullivan also owned three preserved ex-London buses, with one certified one for passenger use (class six). Sullivan purchased a former London Buses Leyland Titan (T85) purchased from Leaside Buses Limited in 1998. They established a depot at South Mimms service area in Hertfordshire in 1999, and in 2002, the former White Rose depot in Surrey was acquired. Their first Transport for London route was the 383 in the Barnet area.

Sullivan acquired Southlands Travel in Kent and ran operations from Polhill Depot. The operation was latter passed on to its local management.
