History
- October 13, 2019 - As part of the Junction Area Study, new service begins on this route which provides a connection between customers on St Clair Avenue West west of Gunns Loop and the 512 St Clair streetcar. This route replaces the eliminated 71A Runnymede branch.
- June 19, 2022 - The route now interlines with route 30 High Park at High Park Station during all periods.

Overnight service is provided by 341 Keele on Keele Street between Bloor Street West and West Toronto Street. The rest of the route does not have overnight service, however, this route operates until 1:00 AM every day.
