TwinVision
TwinVision was a manufacturer of destination signs, established in 1996. They were the second largest manufacturer of destination signs in North America behind Luminator before their acquisition. Their headquarters are located in Durham, NC.
TwinVision na, Inc is a subsidiary of DRI Corporation. In March 2012, DRI Corporation filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Later, in July 2012, DRI Corporation agreed to be acquired by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, parent company of Luminator Technology Group at the time.[1] This purchase meant that all TwinVision products were now under Luminator, though products would still be made under the TwinVision name and the two companies would not fully merge until 2020. The sale to Luminator did not include the Digital Recorders business, which was sold to Clever Devices.
