These buses were ordered along with 3036-3062 to replace 3900-3950.

3082-3087 were repainted into the Transportation Authority of Greater Springfield (TAGS) livery in 2016, and were assigned to TAGS routes S80 and S91 operating in Franconia, VA. They were transferred to Fairfax Connector in 2020, after Fairfax Connector took over operation of the TAGS routes.
