Basic
Route 10 served the northern area of Welland in a counter-clockwise fashion. It provided off-peak service to areas covered by daytime routes 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9.
Transfers to trans-cab services were available at the Seaway Mall to the Hunters Pointe neighbourhood, and at Niagara College to the Quaker Road neighbourhood.
