Basic

Route 11 served the southern area of Welland in a counter-clockwise fashion. It provided off-peak service to areas covered by daytime routes 1, 5, and 6.

Transfers to trans-cab services were available at Canadian Tire to the Cooks Mills neighbourhood, and at Welland County General Hospital to the Dain City neighbourhood.
