Windstar Lines 190 is a CX45 bus built by Van Hool built in 2014. It was used primarily for the 380 Express commuter service between Cedar Rapids, IA and Iowa City, IA.
Upon 323-325 entering service for the 380 Express in late 2024, this bus is no longer used for the 380 Express service.
