Windstar Lines 191-195 are CX45 buses built by Van Hool built in 2018. From 2018-2024, these buses were used primarily for the 380 Express commuter service between Cedar Rapids, IA and Iowa City, IA.

Upon 323-325 entering service for the 380 Express in late 2024, most of these buses (191-193, 195) are no longer used for the 380 Express service.
