York Region Transit 1060-1064 is wheelchair accessible.

York Region Transit 1060-1064 were ElDorado E-Z Rider II BRT buses built and delivered in 2010.

They were the first E-Z Rider II BRT models ordered by York Region Transit, and the first E-Z Riders to be ordered with American Seating InSight seats and TwinVision Amber LED designation signs. Unlike the demo of the E-Z Rider BRT, the front window is made up of two sections divided in half. Like the D40LFR order earlier in 2010, these buses were delivered with extra exterior cameras. Because they were to be allocated to Newmarket, they were equipped with EPA2007 engines.

1062-1064 received minor interior changes in preparation for service on new route 320 Newmarket-Beaver Creek Express. The changes included reupholstered high-back seat cushions, although they did not receive exterior wraps like 1065-1066 did. 1063-1064 were modified in late August 2016, while 1062 was modified in October 2016 to provide an additional spare unit.

They were normally found on routes 22 King City, 31 Aurora North, 32 Aurora South, 33/33A Wellington, 44 Bristol, 51 Keswick, 52 Holland Landing, 54 Bayview, 55 Davis Drive, 56 Gorham-Eagle, 57/57A Mulock, 58 Mount Albert, 84 Oak Ridges, 98 Yonge, GO Shuttles 222, 223, and school specials.

Upon entering service, these buses replaced 8602, 8801, 9001-9002, and 9901.
