York Region Transit 201-223 is wheelchair accessible.

York Region Transit 201-223 were DCCBNA SLF-235 buses built and delivered in 2002, and were some of the first buses bought by YRT. These buses were the only 35 foot buses purchased new by YRT.

201-218 were built with 31 seats, and 219-223 were built with had two more seats yielding 33. The space for two extra seats came from the space over the open side front wheel well, where on 201-218, this space was a storage area. When YRT installed the INIT telematics system on the buses, the first seat immediately behind the driver on all buses of this series was replaced with the cabinet that held the computer.

203-212, 214-215 and 220-221 were replaced by 1001-1019. 201-202, 213, 216-219, and 222 were replaced by 1020-1038.
