York Region Transit 2015-2024, 2027-2030, 2033-2036
York Region Transit 2015-2024, 2027-2030 and 2033-2036 were Orion I buses.
All units were originally owned by Markham Transit, and acquired by YRT during amalgamation in 2001. 2015-2020 are 30ft Orion 01.502s, while 2021-2024, 2027-2030 and 2033-2036 are 40ft 01.508s.
2015 originally had a Detroit Diesel 6V53N engine.
2021-2023 were sent to Newmarket on September 7, 2004 and 2020 was sent up later in 2005. They were listed as a 'temporary' transfer even in January 2005. All 4 units received a full repaint before leaving for Newmarket.
2027, 2029 and 2030 were retired upon delivery of the 701-730 series, 2028 and 2033 with the 801-819 series, 2021-2023 with the 850-868 series, 2034-2036 with the 901-945 series, and 2020 and 2021 with the 980-990 series.
