York Region Transit 8505-8506 were 1985 Orion 01.508 buses. They were originally delivered to GO Transit, and were acquired by YRT in 2003 when YRT inherited the Yonge 'C' and Bayview routes from GO.
They mostly appeared on routes 3 Thornhill, 4/4A Major Mackenzie, 10 Woodbridge, 77 Highway 7 and school specials in the Vaughan area.
8505-8506 were retired in 2007, and were replaced by the 701-730 series.
