On-Request 'Richmond Hill Local' is an on-request service operated by York Region Transit in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.

This service provides on-request pick-up and drop-off at any fixed address bound within the following area:
- North - Gamble Road/19th Avenue
- East - Bayview Avenue
- South - Carrville Road/16th Avenue
- West - Bathurst Street
As address-to-address or stop-to-stop service is not permitted, a terminus must be one of the following eight select locations:
- Mon Sheong Court (Care Complex)
- 71 & 75 Dunlop Street
- 76 & 78 Dunlop Street
- 125 Pugsley Avenue (Rose Town Seniors Residences)
- 33 Weldrick Road East
- 100 Observatory Lane (Observatory Lane Residences)
- 25 & 35 Marshall Street (Marshall Street Residences)
- 15/20/50/70 Baif Boulevard (Baif Residences)
Service is provided on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 2:45 PM.
History
- April 5, 2020 - New On-Request route introduced replacing the conventional fixed-route service of route 589/590 Richmond Hill Local. On-Request vehicles will provide direct pick-up and drop-off between any YRT stops served by the former 589/590 route. Service will operate on weekdays from 7AM to 3PM
- May 1, 2022 - Service will be changed to provide service between eight select locations and any fixed address within the service area and will no longer provide service between YRT stops along the former 589/590 route. Service area is bounded by Gamble Road/19th Avenue to the north, Bayview Avenue to the east, Carrville Road to the south, and Bathurst Street to the west.
Vehicles
As an On-Request service, there is no bus service. All services are provided by passenger vehicles with YRT markings.
