The '''[[BYD Auto]] K7''' (known as the Mid-E in North America and by the model name CK6800LZEV in China) is an 8-metre, low floor, battery-electric transit bus. A demonstrator was trialed for 90 days with the [[Los Angeles Department of Transportation]] in early 2014 before being formally launched at that year's BusCon expo.

Like the larger [[BYD Auto K9]], the K7 uses BYD's proprietary AC synchronous traction motor and iron phosphate batteries. The bus has a range of 298 kilometres and can be recharged in 2 hours.
