The Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport Shuttle is a free shuttle bus service for airline passengers and staff between the island airport ferry and the Royal York Hotel.[1] The service is run by Pacific Western Transportation on behalf of Porter Airlines and Air Canada.
The shuttle initially served Porter Airlines passengers and staff. But after Air Canada started flying out of the island airport in 2011, the shuttle was renamed and can be used by all passengers. When Porter had an office in the Sky Walk beside Union Station, the shuttle used to operate from there, loading on Station Street by York.
Fleet
If one of the dedicated buses is not available, a midsized coach or spare shuttle bus is used.
