Route 499 was a temporary route, which provided limited service to the Amazon facility near Conlin Road and Garrard Road. Service operated on weekends only between 6:00-8:00, 11:30-13:30, and 16:30-18:30. Weekday service was provided by route 920.
From OTU/DC North Campus, buses operated east on Commencement Drive, north on Simcoe Street, west on Conlin Road, and south on Garrard Road to Taunton Road, looping via south on Garrard Road, west on Dryden Boulevard, north on Thickson Road, and east on Taunton Road to Garrard Road, then returning via the reverse routing to OTU/DC North Campus.
