San Mateo County Transit District 700-763

SamTrans 700-763 were 1993 Gillig Phantom 35' (35102TB6V92T) buses. They originally had Detroit Diesel 6V92TA engines with Allison HTB-748 transmissions. 758-763 were originally used for SFO BART Shuttle contract service. They were repainted, had their luggage racks removed, and returned to SamTrans North Base once BART started its service to SFO circa 2003.
