Yangzhou Asiastar Bus Co., Ltd. is a bus manufacturer based in Yangzhou, China. It is a subsidiary of Weichai Power, which also owns Xiamen Fengtai Bus & Coach, the company performing initial assembly of various GreenPower Motor Company buses. The company has exported their products to other countries such as Columbia and Kyrgyzstan. In 2008, Asiastar partnered with Grande West Transportation International to bring a transit midibus to the Canadian market. Asiastar has also partnered with GreenPower to bring an electric passenger van/minibus to the North American market.
