York Region Transit 1971-1980 are 2019 model Nova Bus LFS Artic buses built in 2019 and delivered in December 2019. They are painted in Viva colours and used exclusively in Viva service.
The differences from the previous batch include the Luminator Horizon destination sign (and a corresponding different font), front fleet number placement which matches the placement on the conventional LFS buses in the fleet, and a new larger VIVA decal on the front and different decal placement on the rear section. These are also the first Viva buses to be delivered with the LCD passenger information screen installed.
These buses operate primarily on Viva Blue and Viva Purple.
