Route 14 mainly serves Alden Road, 14th Avenue, and Copper Creek Drive.
This route serves the Milliken, Middlefield, Rouge Fairways, Legacy, Box Grove, and Cedar Grove communities. It also serves Milliken Mills High School, Milliken Mills Community Centre, Father McGivney Catholic Academy, Middlefield Collegiate Institute, and Cornell Terminal.
Weekend service is provided by route 2 east of Markham Road.

Historical Branches
History
This route was originally the 2A branch of route 2.
- June 30, 2013 - The 2013 Service Plan eliminated the last two eastbound trips and the last westbound trip due to low ridership. With the successful lobbying from the Cornell Rate Payers Association to minimize transit routes serving the hospital vicinity, route 2A was renumbered to route 14, in addition to having service rerouted away from Markham-Stouffville Hospital to serve Box Grove Smart!Centres. At the same time, the Russell Jarvis short-turn during weekday evenings was eliminated, and all trips now operate the full routing from Woodbine to Copper Creek.
- September 4, 2022 - With the opening of the Cornell Terminal, routing is adjusted to serve the terminal as the new eastern terminus. Service along Box Grove Bypass is discontinued.
